Availability
Dokidoki Planet will do all that is in its hands to guarantee the availability of its products. Due to the special nature of some of our products and the temporality of others, the stock is limited and decisive.
Price, payment and taxes
The prices of our products are quoted in Euros all taxes included (V.A.T.). Buyer shall bear the cost of delivery and handling. Any change in the VAT rate shall be automatically applied to the prices of the products.
Delivery charges
6 Euro delivery fee. These charges include the logistics management of the goods. This amount is established by the transport company. The charges will be displayed on the order page before payment is requested.
Shipment & Delivery
Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched. Please allow 3-8 working days for delivery of all orders.
Delivery Verification and Complaints
The customer is bound to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product upon delivery. Any complaint regarding the non-conformity of the product delivered should be reported by the customer within 3 working days, by sending an e-mail notifying the exact reason for the non-conformity of the product.
If no complaint is made within the specified period of 3 days, the products delivered shall be deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
Do you want to return a product?
If the item is too big to small, has a defect, or you have received a product you did not request, you can return it to us writing a simple e-mail to envios@dokidokiplanet.es. It is important that you know that if you send a product back to us for any given reason, you shall bear the costs of returning the unwanted goods. We do not exchange items. Because our products have a limited availability in time, we cannot warrant there will be stocks in case you want to change them. Our hand-painted articles are unique, so we cannot exchange them.
So check well your size and choose our designs with care. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!

Send us an e-mail telling us the problems you have found in the product. Dokidoki Planet will reply with another e-mail specifying the precise instructions to follow to expect your refund.
Refund policy: Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Package Conditions: Items must be in a new and unused condition, and must be returned with all original product packaging. You can send it back to us in the same package o envelope or any similar format. Remember we will not take back items used or that are not in their original packaging. Upon receipt of your package, we will check the items and proceed to arrange the refund.
Delivery Note: You must include a copy of the Delivery Note inside the package you sent to us. You can print it from the order confirmation e-mail.
Delivery: You can send the package back to us with the supplier of your choice to our offices: Dokidoki Planet . C/ Rioja, 13 – 5ºD Izda. Madrid – 28042.
Refund Policy: Upon receipt and verification of the goods, them being in like-new and unused condition, we will proceed to arrange the refund that will be the same price as the purchase of the product/s returned. Buyer shall also bear the costs of returning any unwanted goods. |
